EXT 4 DISASTER

Hi <br> I was told I will move in 6 months after completion of the house, unfortunately that didn't happen and after several follow ups a letter was sent in June (please see attached) informing me that they had a problem and that has been fixed and transfer will happen in September 2014. <br> I decided to visit the site to see the progress of the house and only to find that nothing has been done only foundation was done. It is now precisely 17 months since I bought a house with Calgro and the house is not yet built let alone moving in.<br> I was given a 3 months' notice by my landlord in August that I need to be out by end of November, I sent an email informing them of the notice. <br> I have lost counts as to how many follow ups I have made and no straight answer was given <br> This has been a very frustrating process but due to \not known situations"I still don't know when I can expect to move in. <br> It is now 17 months still not moved in. This is really out of hands. I have no place to stay. On 18.03.15 Danie said that they waiting on Certificates which will take 14 days its now more than a month and nothing is been said."""
