do not buy anything property under Calgro M3 development

WARNING: Think twice before buying a property developed by Calgro M3.

As the South Hills community, we have been suffering for the past 6 weeks with no gas. The supply was stopped due to non-compliance.

If the installation is non-compliant, why was the Certificate of Occupation granted in the first place?

Calgro M3 is not taking responsibility. They are blaming other parties like Aygas and EMS, but they are the main developer of this project. They use cheap materials and disappear when there are issues and don't come back to fix them.

Based on our experience, DO NOT BUY any property under a Calgro M3 development.
