Complaint regarding my newly built house

I bought a house from Calgro august 2014 and moved in Dec 2014, since then the has not been any retention done until late last year in 2016 where we completed forms identifying things that needs to be fixed around the house after we have moved in, I have completed the retention list & to date no one has come to my house to fix any of the items I mentioned from the list. Johanna is the lady who I was contacted by regarding the retention and has promised to send people to come & attend to the matter, I have called, sent emails & massages & no responses & still nothing done. I then contacted the Project Manager, he came to the house to do some inspections & promised to send people to come right away, no 1 pitched, I called him & he promised to send them the next day, then it stated raining we then decided since it was Easter's we will wait until the guys come back to work on Tuesday 29 March 2016, today is the 29 & no one is there when I called I was told that the workers are on strike. I have had enough of excuses given by Calgro people, I am sitting with a frustration of my house not being properly adhered to & have other projects that I cannot finish because of this.
