This developer is a ****mer, they advertise lies. They ***** water from municipality, electricity from Eskom and they use cheap ( ****) material on their development. Jabulani Junction complex in Soweto is been in the dark since Sunday the 26th of May and they're not willing to help the residents in this regard. We are on our own and they're enjoying life wherever they with our expenses. I regret buying from them, and I wish all the Banks can stop doing business with them. Stay away from CalgroM3 and you will never have stress that involves your money.
