Calgro poor quality houses and bad attitude

I hope this report gets the attention of the relevant parties as the community of Fleurhoff feel very disrespected by the attitude of Calgro staff and the quality of the houses built.<br> <br> From the time i came to view my house it had 14 faults/defects which i asked the buidler to fetch a pen and paper to note, whoch i felt he was not proffessional amd prepared. Within 2 months of most residents moving in cracks started developing in houses& they defined this as \settlement crack". I know for a fact that when properties are built in Estates such mediocrity does not exist. We tried to engage Calgro in a community meeting where people stated their grievances and their Project manager Theunis promised to send Seniors of the company to address these matters and this meeting never occurred"
