Calgro not prioritizing roof leakages on its building

I recently got correspondence from Calgro over water leakage starting two levels above my apartment/investment. They told me that they will send a plumber by month end which is over 10 days from now. They expect us to endure the leakage for so long with disregard to its clients whom they sold hazardous buildings in fleurhof. I made the same complaint with them they kept making promises to bring a plumber, until lockdown level 5 then I was told they were restricted. We are now on level 4 whereby plumbing is not restricted anymore yet I am told to wait another 12 days. Ceiling are dark-spotted due to soaking water dripping from 3rd floor. I would appreciate they (Calgro) see my long outstanding query and act professionally like they boast quality service in their adverts. Angry client.
