Stay away from buying Calgro properties .They promise the black market the best using our black sales agents . You might as well wait for an RDP houses.

If anyone has bought a house from Calgro and waiting to move in. Please be incontact with any Calgro current residents. Don’t sign any agreement with Calgro agent . This agent are just making commission and playing ******** as they know that all their clients are in tears 😭

Anyone that is Calgro resident in Gauteng. Please be in contact with Calgro residents and let’s stand and fight for our rights together and deal with this day light ****mers . We can’t for empty promises worse they still persue more people to endure or buy this nonsense houses they busy building on cheapest materials whilst we paying so much to the banks!

Mxm am so flabbergasted on such a big company using people to benefit mxm. Peaple bought this house to make homesfor our kids whilst Calgro directors kids are leaving large on our tears . Calgro Directors should be ashamed.

May I please start to remove any connotation to race as we vehemently object to such categorisation and we most certainly do not do such business practices.

South Hills Olive Tree has been a particular difficult development for us, and it most certainly has not been at our express intention to provide the most with the least quality materials. If you have any specific items that need to be addressed please do feel free to contact me and I will do my best to assist you to ensure everything is sorted. May I ask if you completed a 90-day latent defect form, and if so, to whom was it given, as this would be the best channel to ensure that matters are raised and attended to.
