CALGRO M3 = Run with both feet as far as you can from them

I purchased a used for R520k, moved in 3 August 2019.

Just to list a few problems that i have encountered;

1. They made us sign happy letters without knowing while doing my first snag, which allowed the bank to release my bond funds. 2 . Waterproofing poorly done causing water to puddle on window sills. 3. Tenant upstairs had a leave, all the cupboard in my kitchen got damaged, mind you there is no joint in the slab 4 .no joints in the poor tiling in my unit which in future the tiling work while crack because the slab has no saw cut joints in it 5. poor workmanship on brickwork (walls being skew), plastering, tiling, paint basically all finishes. 6. sales agreement states they will provide parking and fence, still waiting on this by the looks of it it wont happen 7. we getting 20amp on electricity even thou the minimum for residential is 60amps 8.my exposed concrete ceiling is not level
