Calgro M3 Incompetency.

As the first time buyer, the worst decision I've ever made was to buy a property from Calgro.

I was very keen and excited to buy a new property for myself but little did I know that I am digging my own misery by purchasing the property from this developer. The biggest mistake I made was not to do a proper research on them and unfortunately this is a mistake I will live with for the next upcoming years.

Just to mention few incompetency done by Calgro:

1. Poor quality of geyser and water pipes then somehow blame you as the owner instead of them accountability for using poor resources. 2. We are told as owners we need to take a loan for municipality water and sewage billing which is R800k for water that was consumed when building the property. 3. Misleading adverti*****t when they want to sell. Before I bought the property they said the complex has ClearVu fence we had to fight with them to get that fence. Eventually they installed it however it is still not yet completed.

There is a high possibility that we might not have water for the next upcoming month as the Municipality will switch off the water due to the debt that Calgro is shifting on us as owners if we do not take the proposed loan.

To the first time buyers like me. Do not ever make the mistake I did which is to buy from Calgro because that is the decision you might regret for the rest of your life.
