Calgro M3 fail

I recently bought a Complex in Belhar called Belhar Vista. They have been using people that isn't qualified and has no experience in construction. This employees were then assigned jobs without supervision. The direct result was absolutely ridiculous workmanship. A child building a sand castle could have done a better job.

They promised me a move in date in which my apartment would be ready to move in. When I popped in a day before moving in there were literally cement and construction ******* all over the place.

It has been 3 months since occupying the unit and they are yet to finish skewed tiling, chipped tiling, deformed walls amongst many more.

I would rate them a -5 out of 5 if I could.

Be weary if you are looking to buy property from them as there has been rumors going around that the company has made huge losses and thus are looking to make the money back with cheap materials and labourers.
