Calgro M3 Bad Service

I recently bought a flat from Calgro M3 ...They should ve made my tiles until the ceiling in my bathroom...I complain about it nothing happen after that. On all of the units we all have the same key of the door and the gate...Meaning my neighbor can open my door ...Recently someone broke in an it seems like someone open the door with just a key...it s frustating that i can pay so much money for bad service no one can ever help me if i send emails...
