Calgro M3 apartments faults

I would like to to alert people before moving into Calgro M3 apartments. So my partner and I moved into the apartments in fleurhof in 2016. Everything was perfect and we were happy. 2 years down the line our walls have moulds and we decided to call our insurers to come check what's going on because it was getting worse. Today the plumbers came through only to find out that when they were installing the bath tub they didn't put in cement between the floor and tub so whenever we opened water into the tub, the water would leak into the floor making its own little pool under. Our walls are damaged now and the person living below us cannot even take a bath because our leakage leaked into her geyser and geyser plug so she doesn't have access to hot water. I mean even our toilet seat is not stable. I would personally advise people to thoroughly check everything before moving in because at this stage we can't wait to sell this apartment and move. I just feel they were in a hurry to build and just let people occupy these apartments because almost every resident here has a problem if it's not pipes leaking it is roof leakages.
