Calgro and Nedbank build and approve junk houses!!!!!!

We recently bought a new house at Witpoortjie estate , the house look beautiful form the outside but inside the houses are disastrous. The house is leaking almost all the rooms. The bathroom basin is leaking water from the back all the way to the inside of the walls. The leakage is even showing from the kitchen wall. We are now afraid of the house falling on us because the walls are so wet for the leakage that is happening from within the house. Calgro is the company building these houses and Nedbank actually approved this joke of a house. It’s like Nedbank did not do a proper evaluation of a house before giving Calgro the money. The plumbing inside the house looks like it was done by toddlers . It’s really a joke. We’ve been contacting them to come and fix their mess but no one has done so. We’ve been living in the house for almost 3 weeks now but we are unhappy and not feeling safe inside this house!!!! Calgro is a disgrace and so is Nedbank Home loan department for approving this junk of a house!!!!!
