Buying a house with Calgro M3 was the biggest mistake Iāve ever made!!!
DO NOT Buy a house from this Developer Calgro M3 , they just sell you dreams š Especially their Estate they are Developing in Southhills Johannesburg south on Nephin rd itās called Olive Tree Estate ..
The houses have cracks , they use cheap paint , I am currently sitting with a plan that they gave me and the contractor has her own plan , Iām stuck with a house that I did not sign for!!! They lie to people the house is currently 5 months but itās already falling apart.., They came to āfixā but left my house looking like itās 7years alreadyā¦ They use cheap materials to build the houses thatās why their flats fall apart , roofs collapse and ceilings fall just like how my newly built house needs rewiringā¦
My OTP has a plan of a 3bedroom which I signed for at a price that they put up but I was given a corner 2 bedroom house that has someone elseās signature on the plan and I was told they signed on my behalfā¦
Their service is horribleā¦ Their head of sales Department Mauritz is the worst person to deal withā¦ I regret buying a house from Calgro M3
Iām supposed to be happy as it is my first home but instead Iām suffering emotionally and mentally having to try and deal with issues on a daily basis If itās not leaking sink taps , itās wrong piping , 3 colours of paints in the house mind u the wrong paint , itās tripping electricity, wrong plan with wrong measurements ā¦ Please do not purchase a house with them .

10 Apr 2023, 16:27The only issue that was discussed was the measurements of my house which u told me you getting a third party architect and u not even sure when that will happen.
2nd.. ln the mean time Iām still sitting with a house thatās got cracks , different colour paints and wrong paint to clarify,no shower holder , no soap holder , a leaking sink , broken steps outside and it was broke by your head of sales Department when he just stepped on it
This is a new house mindyouā¦
3rd .. I do not have a singed plan to my name , because Calgro M3 thought it was right for them to sign on my behalf I donāt know if thatās even legal!!!
B . How does a plan get approved without the ownerās signature?
4th . I did not get any package or happy letter.
5th . Calgro M3 is completely ignoring the fact that I signed on my OTP for a plan of a 3 bedroom house and later on found that your offices put a wrong price on it but every one has signed it including the developer which I have full proof and proof of it being sent by the sales agent your excuse is it was not the stand that I got , as I said if thatās the case i do not mind having my 3 bedroom being built on the right stand that was originally signed for since the sales agent gave me a corner stand to shut me up well Iām not !
6th . Your Head of sales department admitted it with his own mouth infront of 2 witnesses that ā my house has more issues than I know , a lot of people in the offices messed up with my house ā and according to law thatās admission of guilt .
7th . Iām not backing down until calgro fixes their mess Iām paying a lot of money for my bond n I refuse to be ********** just like that.
I have contacted NHBRC regarding my issue and I hope I will be receiving positive feedback from calgro by Wednesday .
We are tired of being ********** by Calgro M3
And their Architect needs to inform us if it was proper material that was used to build this house and I want to see all the receipts for the material that was used to build my house as I have the right to check if it was bought in the proper hardware stores.
8th . Letās not forget the br***ng that happens around here n I have proof n evidence, so try me!

Johan tried to assist as he is always on site n sees our frustrations, until Head of Sales was involved who has no idea wat happens on site n has never bothered to come down until he came to see how much I know about my house.
