Bad service on water meter installation for new houses

<p>I bought my house and it did not have a water meter, I kept going to Calgro offices to report the matter and they told me I must wait as they are installing for other extentions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was served with a notice from JHB Water and now I have to pay R6100.00 within 7 days, I contacted Calgro offices and I was told that they can not assist me. This is not fair because they installed for other houses but skipped my house and they dont want to help.</p>
