bad service, bad communication no house in place.

In 2019 we signed all documents for a house and house plan too. Received a communication in Feb 2020 that the house is in progress, afterwards we were told it is with the council for approval. Due to Covid understandable the construction delayed but we were under the impression that it has been built but nothing yet. then towards last year we were told to go to the municipality to register the house under our name for rates and we did , provided the documents to CalgroM3. Mind you we under the impression that the construction has started already it is half way but no. We were informed last year during Covid pandemic that by February this year the house will be ready, guess what we went to view it last weekend and there was no house no foundation nothing and Kathy keeps saying there are still waiting for the council since last year January. This does not make sense and the communication is one sided and more like forced because we are the only one that keep on asking, no updates without us making a follow up. Frustrated client.
