BAD SERVICE

I have app**** for an apartment in Flehouf which is a new development, I app**** for the apartment in May 2014, and the consultant I was dealing with Michael Napo, promised me that the apartment will be done by June 2015 and I will move in by then, he asked me to wait patiently and that is what I did. They never called to update me or anything but I ignored that issue, now I just called Michael Napo today 2015-05-27, to follow up since its close to June, he then tells me that there was a delay and all, he tells me that I will move in in October and November, and the best option was to offer me a rental, I don't want a rental I want my apartment, am so mad becomes some of the people who app**** for apartments they have moved in, some I app**** before them, but they have their own apartments now, is so a poor customer service that I received from this development from the beginning, they don't update their clients or do follow ups, NOTHING, now I have a new born baby who needs a good environment but I guess now he will have to grow up in a room am renting.
