Awful service

It's been 2 years since iv been waiting for my house,my bank approved my request a year and 3 months ago,when I call the agent who assisted me with everything he refers me to the office,the office refer me to a sales call centre ,they also refer me back to the agent who clearly knows nothing,what kind of business are running with no service delivery.a simple question, when is my house going to be registered,no one seem to know the answer,iv been refere to people back and forth.It just shows how unprofessional and *********** are.
