Angry applicant

I cannot begin to explain how disappointing and really unprofessional it is to deal Calgro M3. It has been over a year now and still no feedback or whatsoever. I app**** for a house in South Hills and to date when I enquire, they say they are still in the foundation phase... If there is a way I can cancel the bond, please advise me because really this has been the worst service ever.
