Calderwood Lifestyle Estate

I am very unhappy with the service at Calderwood Lifestyle Estate... I moved out and I'm told my deposit will take 21 working days how does that make any sense, they say they need to inspect does it take 1month to inspect a place AND there's already someone in the unit... This is honestly unacceptable
