Calderwood Lifestyle Estate
I am very unhappy with the service at Calderwood Lifestyle Estate... I moved out and I'm told my deposit will take 21 working days how does that make any sense, they say they need to inspect does it take 1month to inspect a place AND there's already someone in the unit... This is honestly unacceptable

Thee worst customer service
I have been contacting Afhcon several times regarding my December statement and haven’t received any assistance. I spoke to two customer care agents i.e Bongani Ntuli who advised that I’ll receive feedback on the 1st of Jan 2026, of which is absurd. I then spoke to lady Ayanda who assured me that she will send a follow up email and get back to me… The level of unprofessionalism and incompetency I cannot begin to describe. Afhcon cannot expect me to pay huge lump sum of water utilities whereas I’m hardly home
