Bullying of tenants

Dear Hello Peter<br> <br> I would like to report a long series of problems that I had during my stay as a tenant at Calderwood Estate, Beryl Street, The Stewarts, Benoni.<br> <br> I stayed in flat 302 for 2 years and then moved to flat 303 next door, for a further 1 year.<br> <br> When I moved into 302, I found that the space between the granite kitchen top and the wall was not wide enough for the fridge (600 mm wide). They refused to widen the space, either by trimming the granite, or removing some plaster from the wall. While I was not looking, the \technician\" pushed my fridge into the gap. Pater on I noticed that they had actually squashed the fridge. I demanded reparation, in writing, but they denied that it was the fault of the technician.. however, that problem was never solved... the following tenant moved in, and I checked. They had to use a small fridge in that space. <br> <br> During my stay in 302, the geyser over flowed a few times. I reported it, but they did not repair it.<br> The last time it over flowed, the ceiling was flooded and there was the risk of collapsing. They sent a guy who cut a hole in the ceiling for the water to run out. All the walls were wet and dirtied. Water fell on my h"
