CAJUN SPUR STEAK RANCH WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

I went to Cajun Spur Steak Ranch on Sunday 11 February 2024. It was my sons 3rd birthday so we thought oh well Spur should be a perfect place to go because of the festivities spur offers when it's your birthday. Nevertheless we order a steak cheddamelt and requested that it be grilled well done. When the food arrived the steak was medium rare the meat was red inside and half raw we informed the waiter who just looked at us and continued on with his duties. Next thing we waited 20minutes for the staff to sing for our son as we wanted to leave the restaurant because of the terrible customer service received we informed the waitron and manager to leave the festivities as we cannot wait longer then the already 20mins we waited. I inform the manager that the customer service was horrible the food was under done and the manager was neverminded not even asking what happened or how he can resolve the matter. The manager was completely not interested in the matter. We paid the bill in full and left. CAJUN spur in Tablebay Mall is the worse Spur I have ever been too. The staff are playful including the manager and not attentive to customers needs or grievances. Utterly disgusting the customer service and the meat undercooked.
