Bad Service
I placed an order for take away for my children before going to eat at Panarottis for a sit in. I came back after an hour & my order was still no ready & to make matters worse I had asked for take away cutlery & after an hour they decided to go look for it. Still had to wait for a good 20 minutes yet I placed my order & paid for it over an hour ago. No appology at all for the delay. My slip states Yonela was the waitress. It would be wise to teach waitresses customer service & to appologise. Definitely not coming coming back ever again!!! Wouldn’t recommend this Spur at all, it’s no wonder it’s so empty!!’

Bad Service
