Worms in Cadburys Lunch Bar Chocolate

I would like to share an incident that occurred last Wednesday with a Lunch Bar Cadbury chocolate!

I purchased a lunch bar the day before (Tuesday) which I only decided to eat the next day. To my disgusting, ********** experience as I was quarter way through the chocolate I decided to look at what Im eating as my eyes were glued to a movie... Only to discover worms wriggling out the chocolate! And the amazing part is that the chocolate was not even expired! The next day I tried calling Cadburys only to discover that it was only after 8am and business starts at 9am so I wrote up to Cadburys and sent them all the relevant barcodes, pictures etc and only to receive an email from themsaying that a letter of apology and a voucher will be posted to me. Till today I have not received a courtesy call from Cadburys to apologize. I think that Cadburys is rather unprofessional and no care for their customers.
