White on my cadbury crunchie

I bought 10 cadbury crunchie bars, and all was gone white and terrible, I had sent an email to mondelez, they asked me to keep sample, so I kept a sample, and threw the rest away, they then say they cannot pick up just 1 sample after I threw the other 9 away, they gave a r30 voucher and I sent pictures of the chocolates and bar codes and all the dates, there service is terrible, they should go out of business, they could have asked to keep all for sample, but they don't care about the people that buy there products, long as they made money on it.
