Terrible service and chocolate

I purchased a astro box the chocolate was old and stale i did send a mail to consumer email address they contacted me and fetched the stuff from me for testing however they stated they would compensate me its been 3 weeks and nothing was done no voucher came to me they are full of lies and pathetic i would never recommend spoke to a lady named pat and who was utterly rude in her emails as if she is paying for the stuff to be made terrible experience and service
