Stale products and Poor Customer Services

I used to enjoy eating Cadbury products especially Astros until last month when I had purchased a box of Astros that was stale. I called in to customer services and was told that I will receive a lousy R50 voucher for compensation. It has been over a month now and have still not received my voucher or even an apologetic phone call. I am a very disappointed customer
