Stale Lunch Bar

Purchased a lunch bar at a shop in Belgravia road, Cape Town. I had the first bight and it was tough. the wafer had a off putting taste. and the toffee/caramel was sticky. not what I'm use to. I love lunch bars and I was terribly put off by this. when I checked the date I sore it has expired.
