Sells Expired Chocolates - Refuses To Take Responsibility

I had an issue with Gareth from Mondelez, at customer services, we has a very bad attitude.

I called him a few weeks ago as I had purchased chocolates which was to the value of R300-00.

After reporting the first time on Hello Peter, Gareth called me an sent me vouchers for the value of R250-00, which was disappointing, Mondelez being such a big business should learn to take responsibility for their action as selling expired chocolate can cause bad health.

When i advised Gareth I am unhappy and totally disappointed, Gareth stated I short report the incident and take it further as Mondelez can not assist me any further.

This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking this matter further legally.

Very poor customer services!!!!! Bad Attitude!!!!!

Mondelez is a *******...

The complaint was addressed with Mr Naidoo. The products in question was purchased from Games Stores.
Mondelez was happy to issue a goodwill voucher to Mr Naidoo.
Mr Naidoo had no proof of purchase. Game Stores are responsible for their own stock rotation and therefor should resolve with the consumer directly.

Excuses upon excuses...
Firstly when i called Gareth to log the complaint he never requested for proof of purchase, I did have the proof of purchase on hand. I had contacted Gareth via land line to which I have the recording of the conversation.
Secondly only when a problem arised Gareth requests for proof of purchase.
I have instructed legal process and awaiting the outcome, as a leading company Mondelez is responsibile for their products, Mondelez needs to provide good customer services which is very poor.
The rightful thing to do was to refund me my value that I had intially spent on the product.
I await a phone call from Gareth this morning,
Thank you
