Rude management!!!

I don't have a complaint about your products but I have a complaint about one of your management staff members. There's this guy who lives in the Western Cape, George. He doesn't know how to speak his staff in the shops. I've seen and heard him go off at one of his reps/merchandisers.

To me it doesn't sit well. I know his name but I'm not sure if I should mention it.
