pathetic customer service

on thursday my kids bought me a slab of cadbury chocolate for valentines day. upon opening it i noticed the whole chocolate is flaky and falling apart and very pale in colour, friday i called the cadbury call centre and was told by a lady that someone will contact me. monday afternoon i called again as i was still not contacted and was told again that a consultant will call me, it is wednesday and still not call from anyone at cadbury, i tried calling and the number ********** 000 just rings and plays very irritating music. not only am i unhappy about the chocolate now but also the way they treat their customers and poor pathetic services. its very disappointing
