P.S disgusting after taste and oldish taste

I recently purchased a chocolate P.S. Cadbury bar from a checkers store, it had an unbelievable disgusting taste after eating eat, I love the P.S cadbury bars but this was a first for me even feeling a bit sick after having one, not so happy about this may even put me off from the chocolate forever, very sad.
