No response to complaint logged

Good Day<br> <br> I tried logging a complaint 2-3 times and the email address provided on the packaging just say please try again.<br> It has been a month an still the same error message.<br> I purchased a slab of Dairy milk Mint Crisp100g. I do understand with the heat, chocolates melt but this chocolate looked mouldy. I kept it in my refridgerator for a month.<br> the expirey date is the 14/6/16.<br> <br> Maybe now that I have brought this to your attention, seeing that your emails do not work you can respond to me.
