Mouldy oreo biscuits

A few days after recently purchasing a pack of Oreo strawberry biscuits from my local Pick n Pay(Athlone Circle), I noticed when I opened the pack that it was mouldy. I have tried several times to log a complaint on the mondalez website but it doesn't go through. Please could you guys contact me for details.I am relieved to have seen the biscuits before my kids ate them.
