Mondelez, Cadbury... a Company Full Of LIES!!!!

8 of April 2020 I purchased a very bad Cadbury chocolate. I sent an email to ***, told them about the bad chocolate, even sent them the relevant details about the chocolate. They apologized and said they will send me a voucher end of April because post office is closed due to lockdown.

Untill this day I haven't received anything. I have been reminding them but now they're not even responding to my emails, they're completely ignoring me. The post office has been opened for some time now. So there's no excuse. I am very disappointed. What a bad company, full of lies!!!!!
