Job not done customer / winner loses out

There was a competition run by SPAR and MONDOLEZ SA purchase 2 Pkts of Halls Lozenges and WhatsApp your till slip to s number , to win an Airfryet , it ended on the 31/7/24 on the 6/8/24 at 16.39 o recrivrd a call from Pulane regarding the competition and requesting me to WhatsApp a photo of my ID that all , I was on my way home and did exactly that on the 16/9 i followed up as I hadn’t heard anything- she asked me which Halls competition as there were a few ! I told her , she asked me for the copies of the WhatsApp’s ( Till slip and ID) I sent them through and get email reply was she would revert ! I followed up today and received a response that as I hadn’t given my address, I didn’t win ! Not once was this requested . When we ended the call she said she would get back to me ? I personally think someone ‘dropped the ball ‘ I will be steering clear of MONDELZ SA and SPAR run competitions, if this is the advertising company they are going to use ! My name was drawn, I won and because ‘someone dropped the ball ‘ I get told sorry you aren’t a winner TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
