Insect eggs found in Cadbury chocolate!!!

I purchased a slab of wholenut for my child yesterday which contained insect eggs in them. My child insisted on having a whole nut chocolate so I went and purchased another 1 today only ro find eggs in them as well. This is absolutely unacceptable people can get severely ill from this. How is your products quality checked?
