Great Customer Service at its BEST!!!!!

WOW WOW WOW!!! What FANTASTIC Customer Service!!! Now this is how you resolve a complaint and rectify it in 3 days and given a voucher for not one pack but 3 packs. The reference code sent via SMS to my phone and I had 3 replacements before I had even finished the last pack! Bravo Mondelez South Africa!!! Other companies should come to you for training! And handling Customer Complaints!! Needless to say I'm still buying your Halls Lozenges. Thank you so much.!!!
