Fantastic customer service from Mondelez

I am writing this review in order to express my appreciation for Mondelez South Africa. A few weeks ago I bought a Cadbury Wholenut chocolate as I am an avid Martian sticker collector for my son. I needed one more sticker in order to complete my pamphlet and receive my figure. Albeit once I opened the chocolate there was no sticker inside, even though I bought the chocolate with the promotional signage on it. So after sending an email to Cadbury I got an email back saying how sorry they are. They asked for my address and phone number as they were going to conduct an investigation into this matter. Afterwards I got an email saying which figure I would like to receive to which I specified. Well to my utter amazement I got a parcel this morning from Mondelez containing not one but four figurines! This brought me so much joy as I was only expecting one. I am also very impressed with their customer service as they reply are fast,prompt and helpful without any false promises. Mondelez has definitely kept me as their loyal consumer from now on. I take my hat off to you.
