false advertising

cadbury figurines...collected all 4 stickers as advertised, want to collect figurine from outlets as advertised no one knows anything about it in three rivers. phone the 011 nr as given from outlet Gloria only take down my nr says someone may phone me maybe... from the marketing department thats all she can do for me... terrible service...false advertising!!
