Faded discolored consumables

Gooday I made a purchase of a few lunch bar Cadbury chocolates and the condition inside is in appetizing it is so disheartening as I was preparing packages for an ngo organization I really don't know why coerced me to open 1 chocolate bar only to discover a faded chocolate that has terrible bubbles and when I check expiry date it is dated for 20-05-2019 and manufactured in 2018.i just need to share this with the public. My heart is hezvy. Money down the drain as nobody in their right mind can consume such goods. I have taken pictures of the product.
