Expired cadbury chocolate

On the 13/04/2016 I bought a Nikki chocolate when i was eating it i noticed that i has a funny color(whitish)lucky for me i was around the mall,i went back and the manager said i must take something else then i took a lunch bar mansize,i did not check the date,on my way home i took out the chocolate then i realised that its also expired,i was furious.then on the 14th which is today i went to the store then i was helped by Ms Haris who then told that the store is not to be blamed and she is not in charge of the section but she just gave me another mansize,she did not even apologies for the inconvinience she was busy on her phone ,i left not happy????
