Disgusted to find a worm in my box of Astros

I purchased a box of Astros on Wednesday and it tasted very stale. I didn't think anything of it and continued eating the chocolate. When I got to the bottom of the box I noticed a worm still alive moving inside. I started taking out photos and a video but immediately began vommitting and threw the box away. Utterly disgusted with Cadbury quality as it keeps getting worse. I emailed customer support to get a stupid email requiring expiry date, pictures of the box outside, etc yet I clearly stated I threw the box away immediately. Now they tell me Quality department cannot investigate further due to not having all the information.
