Disgusted Customer with Cadbury Services (Mondelez)

I had purchased a product (Cadbury Astros) which was not up to standard, the product was stale and the astros chocolate was even losing the colour due to how old it was.

The product was not expired at the time of purchase.

I called in immediately to their customer services department and layed a compliant regarding the matter.

I was promised a lousy voucher for the poor standard of the product, only to get disappointed further. It is not two years later, I have not received any voucher or even a telephone call to apologise.

Cadbury keeps increasing their costs but their standard of products drops and their customer services. If they do not know how to treat their customers then they should not be in business.

On that note, Sharon who is the lady that assisted me on the 03rd February 2015 at 13h48 should reconsider her position as she is not fit to work in the customer services department.

Dear Charlene,

Thank You for your feedback. It is a real pity that you are only following up on the complaint a year and 11 months later. Our system does not store Consumer private contact details. After 6 months this information is removed from our database so we would be unable to make contact with you.

We are however very happy to re-issue the vouchers that you did not receive for the replacement of the Astro's that were not stored correctly in the Distribution Chain.

Kindly forward your Postal address to *** with ref no: S- ***.

Kind regards

Mondelez Consumer Relations
