damaged and sellotaped Caramello

I bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramello 88g chocolate bar the other day. When I got home and wanted to give it to my wife (she loves this particular bar) I noticed it was sellotaped closed at the back and the chocolate was unusually soft. Needless to say we did not deem it safe to eat. <br> <br> Have to admit Cadbury makes the best chocolate over Nestl? and Beacon. But this was very disappointing.
