Cadbury Hot Chocolate 500ml is only filled to 2/3 of the container.
It is winter and a cold front is coming on this weekend17/08/17. We prefer Cadbury to other similar brands, but what a shock to open the large plastic-covered container, only to find that a huge space of emptiness. Such a big container raises expectations with the consumer that the contents will be equal in volume to the size of the container. This is as close to misrepresentation as ****it! Is this the way to build customer loyalty? I have loved Cadbury products since I was a child, and this has really hurt, since I feel disrespected and cheated as a loyal customer.

16 Aug 2017, 21:41I agree fully. In fine print (3cm by 1.5 cm box that you won't notice in the shop) they say there may be 'some settling' - this is grossly understated. Why does the same amount of 'settling' not occur to the same extent in other very similar brands? Do they think we're stupid?
