Cadbury Horrible Product

I bought a Cadbury Bubbly Top Deck 87g slab at the SuperSpar in Grabouw (Western Cape) on Friday(11 September 2015) when I wanted to eat it on Saturday (12 September 2015). I was very disappointed to find that ONLY the top part of the top deck was in the wrapper. So only the white chocolate part was there without the chocolate filling on the inside. I tried to register a complaint on Cadbury's website that has a clear link to contact them via email but this did not seem to work at all. I would like some feedback to WHY this happened and would like to be refunded on this by Cadbury. According to me the SuperSpar should not refund me as this is NOT their fault and they should not carry the loss of this. I have viewed a lot of complaints about the Cadbury chocolate over the last few months and there is a lot of upset over the bad quality of these chocolates. Cadbury was supposed to be our most trustworthy chocolate in South Africa but I have been nothing but disappointed with bad tasting chocolates and mistakes like these that make me and other South Africans weary to buy again since we do not get our money's worth. I also have a picture of proof about my problem/complaint.
