Cable tie found in slab!!!

When breaking off a piece of chocolate, there was a cable tie stuck in the middle of the chocolate! What if my kids had eaten the chocolate? Anyone heard of kids choking on things like this! Email addresses and contact numbers listed on packaging, suprisingly don't work! Emails bounce back, and phones are never answered!!! VERY dangerous and unhygenic! How many other chocolates have pieces of cable tie stuck in them??? I would like an IMMEDIATE response - [Email Removed]
