Bad chocolates

I eat a topdeck every week. But this week i bought a top deck slab but i saw that this slab was covered by a white powder. I just thought that it was some of the white chocolate that melted. When i started eating it, it had a very bad taste. It wasnt expired yet. I threw away that whole slab.
